At Totally Waxed, we respect your time and ask that you do the same for ours. Please review the following policies carefully:

Deposits : Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel/reschedule 24+ hrs in advance to transfer your deposit. If it’s within 24 hrs, your deposit is forfeited and you must text 570-926-5224 to cancel or reschedule.

Please confirm your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee or deposit is forfeited

Late Policy: There is a 9-min grace period. At 10 mins, your appointment is canceled, your deposit is forfeited, and you must reschedule. If you’re running late, text 570-926-5224 ASAP. 10+ mins late without notice = no-show (see below).

No-Show Policy: No-shows or 10+ min late with no notice will be charged 50% of the service or deposit will be forfeited. After 2nd No-show, you will be banned from booking.

If paying remaining balance in cash, I accept exact cash only. I unfortunately do not carry change, please plan accordingly.
